the hotel is right in front of the metro and tram station it was so easy to get around. the room was quite spacious a real plus. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety a good start to the day.
i did notice that the windows were locked preventing fresh air circulation it was a slight inconvenience though.

the hotel had a great location near the metro. it also gave direct access. friendly staff provided very good service. the room was clean and big.
the room lacked proper air conditioning. i needed to ask for open windows. it was necessary, but inconvenient.

The location was AMAZING because it was right next to the metro. The room was clean, and I appreciated the microwave available. The staff addressed my needs quickly.
The air conditioning seemed to have issues. It felt warmer in the hallway. The towels were not replaced one day. That was inconvenient. The breakfast area felt cramped.
